# Adding a message when contacting support in DataLens On-premises

To add information to a message displayed when contacting support:


1. 1. In the **Other settings** section, next to the **Window before contacting support** field, click **Configure**.


1. Enter additional information and click **Save**.

1. In the **Settings** window, click **Save**.


1. In the top-right corner, click **Save**.

To remove this additional information, save an empty description in the **Window before contacting support**.
